Coffee is high in antioxidants and studies have linked the intake of coffee to increased longevity and reduced risk of Type 2 diabetes among other illnesses.

Enjoy your 1 or 2 cups of coffee in the morning, but to keep it healthy you shouldn’t add heavy creamers, sugars and other calorie additives that will make the healthy effects of coffee less impactful.

Find a good roast or blend that you can drink as is without all the additives.
